Police Look for Suspect in St. Paul Shooting

St. Paul Police are looking for the suspect of a shooting Wednesday afternoon.

Police were called to a dispute between two people just after 4 p.m. in the 1400 block of University Avenue.

Police say the two people knew each other.

The victim was taken to Regions Hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the hand, according to police.

Minnesotans Show Support, Donate After Boston Bombing

Miles away, Minnesotans are showing support for victims of the Boston Marathon bombings by wearing black laces in their running shoes and T-shirts from other races.

Rachel Radabaugh Eichhorst, of Wilmar, Minn., said she decided to show her support Tuesday by wearing a T-shirt from a 5K run that she participated in October 2012.

Family Seeks Help in Locating Missing 15-Year-Old Daughter

The family of a 15-year-old girl, who went missing earlier this month, is asking for the public’s help to locate her.

Alissa Elizabeth Blanco was last seen April 6, as she was leaving her grandparents’ home in Somerset, Wis., to go to a party in Roberts, Wis.

St. Paul Ballpark Gets Environmental OK, New Drawings

On the same day the city of St. Paul released new renderings of the planned Lowertown ballpark, it also announced that an internal review had concluded no further environmental review would be needed, saving time and money but upsetting some critics of the $54 million stadium.

A 14-year-old girl gave birth to a stillborn baby that was found last week in hospital linens, according to a charge accusing the baby's 32-year-old father of statutory rape.
